Have you ever dealt with anxiety? I’m not talking feeling a little anxious about getting a little uncomfortable…I’m talking about that action stopping anxiety. The stuff that stops you in your tracks and pushes your dreams further and further from your grips.
There are many different ways to overcome anxiety, from straight up hitting them head on, to hypnosis, to listening to audios to the worst way and completely avoiding them. (I don’t suggest avoiding these feelings, they won’t go away)
Understanding where they may be coming from is the first step. In the Video Below, I cover some of this and how I was able to come to terms with some anxieties I have dealt with in the past.
