Three Ways To Connect With Your Network Marketing Team

Having a team in place is pretty awesome. At the numbers of 2-4 people, you may have time to spend with them, as questions arise. As you continue to grow into your leadership, so will your team. You’ll soon realize how quickly your time will disappear. Managing a team and your own time is crucial as you grow or you’ll consciously or subconsciously start to sabotage yourself with the “Time Factor”

Creating a platform to speak with your team may be something to consider. You’ll want the option to open all the lines up to let everyone speak and to mute everyone if necessary. Below are Three Platforms so you can better connect with your network marketing team.

webinars on airGoogle Hangouts
Pretty cool place to hold a meeting. You can see everyone’s faces to create camaraderie and it feels like you’re right there with the person. It’s free to hold a hang out up to 10 people and it’s incredibly user friendly for you and your team. If you have a team larger than 10, you might want to consider the paid route which starts at $19.99 per month, here… WebinarsOnAir

Zoom
This is also a fairly simple way to zoomcommunicate, however, this is more a of platform to host webinars. However, they can interact with you as you allow. Pretty cool feature. You can host up to 50 Participants on this platform for free. This is pretty simple to use and quickly gaining popularity. Check it out right here… Zoom!

FreeConferencing.comNetwork marketing
This is one of my favorite platforms to host meetings from. It’s super easy to use and you can host an unlimited amount of people on your calls. You have the option to let everyone speak or mute if you please. You may have multiple hosts as well. One of the biggest features that we have on this platform is the ability to record the calls. I love this feature, since it makes it simple to send out the recorded link to the entire team within minutes of the call. And works for those that my have shotty internet reception. I use this at least 3 – 4 times a week. You can check that one out at FreeConferencing.com

There are so many places that you can hold meetings online. Some paid and some, as you saw from above are a min cost or straight up free.

Hope ya got value. Comment below and let me know what platform you like to use for your meetings.

These are great options for reaching out to a growing team and even to have a way to communicate to those potential new members as well. I’ve used hangouts and really love Zoom. Thanks for sharing these very helpful resources.
