Most people call their friends all wired and basically vomit all over them.
Heck, that’s what I did. I was so nervous that I didn’t know what to say.
All I knew was, I wanted to work with them and wanted them on my team.

It’s when you don’t care. No, I’m not being rude LOL.
AND, It’s not that you don’t care about your friends… There’s a strategic
time to talk to you closest people. A time when you are most postured and are able to be yourself.
