Most people call their friends all wired and basically vomit all over them.
Heck, that’s what I did. I was so nervous that I didn’t know what to say.
All I knew was, I wanted to work with them and wanted them on my team.

So, when’s the best time to call your warm market?

It’s when you don’t care. No, I’m not being rude LOL.
AND, It’s not that you don’t care about your friends… There’s a strategic
time to talk to you closest people. A time when you are most postured and are able to be yourself.

    Hey Steve,

    I think that there was a time in all of our beginnings that we got sick all over people because we were so excited. Over the last couple years I have just got to the point where I do not care whether someone joins my team or not, I used to get all stressed out and it would bother me for days….

    Well those are the old days, and my stress level is much lower!
