How can you bring all those personality types together?
Announcing the challenge or the contest is important. Most potential participants tend to put too much focus a what the winners earn for “Placing”. This can actually drive some challengers away. If someone feels that they can’t place in a contest, they won’t show up, let alone participate. Using phrases to show what the real motivation behind the challenge will paint a picture of what’s possible and that is the results that are inevitable. Letting those that are interested in participating, doing the bare minimum can result in an extra 2-5 business builders on there team. Participating can sharpen skills of the invite, it can sharpen closing skills…heck if it only got people in action that weren’t in action before – It’s A Solid Win for everyone.

Anyone can hold a challenge for their team. If you don’t have a team, that’s okay, run it for those that you are associated with. It will give you huge exposure, develop a buzz and bring the leaders you’re looking for, asking to join your team.
