Quitting? Is your reason valid?

Everyone has a reason to stop doing stuff all the time.

Have you ever stopped for a minute to look at what your reason was?

Too hard?

Lack of motivation?

Don’t know how to succeed?

The only reasons I can see to quit something is to upgrade or to better your health. Then you aren’t quitting but upgrading, just like said, LOL.

I know it’s harsh to hear sometimes.

I hurt my back years ago, stopped working out as much and got overweight – to say the least. I could have just quit my fight to be in shape but, I didn’t I found a way to do, I found the will. I went from 245lb to approx. 170lb. If I would have quit, I would still be miserable.

I had a goal and I did what ever it took to get there.

YOU CAN TOO!!!!!!!!!!

There’s always a reason that we convince ourselves to quit.  It’s not hard, actually, it’s easy to quit. That’s why most people do it.

Put this video into perspective and look deep within yourself.

What if you don’t quit?

What if you seek the guidance you need to succeed?

What if you dug deep and actually found the will to SUCCEED????!!!!

Wouldn’t that be wonderful? Before quitting anything, look at the reasons that you started your journey. Retrace your steps and get back on track. No matter what your goals are, there are tools to help. Heck, maybe I could help. Who knows, you’ll never find out until you ask someone.

Sooo, go out and be the best person you can be and strive for success. YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE FIRST STEP and you aren’t alone. Don’t be afraid to ask someone for help.
