This formula is F. O. R. M. There are different variations of this acronym…For this example we are going with Family Occupation, Recreation and Message.

We have to understand how we can best serve the person with our products or service. One of the worst things we can do is have someone look at our presentation without some sort of set up. And the only way we can do this is to have a conversation.
