Basically, you are going through an entire sales routine and RE-Pitching them all over again.
Our job is to get the person back on the phone. We don’t convince, beg or plead. This includes NO SELLING. We present a set amount of information to a person, the absorb it, we find out if they are a good fit for our team. That’s it.
I run across people all the time that tell me that they don’t want to be a sales person. This includes trying to “Sell” someone over the phone.
