Network Marketing Scams – Interesting View Right Here

responsibilityIf you are reading this, then there is a chance that you have been approached by someone you know about something that they feel passionate about.

All you heard was Network Marketing Scam or MLM Scam.

Let’s get to the bottom of this and where this all came from. Direct selling has been around for many years, Amway, Herbalife, Mary Kay, etc… As you know, these companies are still around. So, how can these be a scam. What’s the deal with the stigma that comes along with these sorts of companies and the industry of network marketing?

Being that I wasn’t around during the era when this industry was established, I would be speculating a little.
What I can do, is talk about what is going on now and the last 10 years or so. There is a stigma that stuck around from the last generation. When it all started, people didn’t know how to market. They only knew that they had a dream of making it big and becoming financially secure and free. AND that’s what they marketed…The Money!

What’s wrong with marketing money? It’s still a strategy that is used today so, it must be right…right? I can say with all conviction, no. Well, sort of, haha. There is a lifestyle that can be marketed but, telling someone that they are going to be rich in 30-90 days, is just wrong. This is where the anger comes in from non-network marketers. The deceit that a small number of network marketers have put a negative persona on this industry. Unfortunately, this has stuck with and affected everyone connected to any MLM.

Network Marketing Scams The 97%

In addition to the past catching up with us, there are a huge amount of marketers that just can’t make it work. Being that I have run into this within the last couple of days, I can tell you that this is an interesting subject. What most don’t understand about this industry and what most enrollers don’t say is – there’s a certain amount of work that accompanies your business. You would think that this would be obvious with owning a business… it still needs to be stated to each person that comes on board to your company/team. Unfortunately, there are some that are flat afraid to mention this with the fear that the newest person would quit on the spot.
What most don’t understand is this is the best approach and that’s being authentic with your team.

The biggest issue I hear from others in the industry as well as those I talk to on a daily basis, is that the product is over priced. I get that and understand that point of view. Do your research on products and stay tuned to the bottom of the this article to see a company that not only guarantees the best price on their product but will pay you if you find it cheaper…guaranteed.

Network Marketing Scams – The Truth

The truth is, network marketing is not a scam, it can be simple and it takes work just like any other business that you would start from the ground up. The fact that the majority of marketers don’t make it, has nothing to do with the product, the company or industry. The easy thing for the ex-network marketer to do is to blame anything and everything else. This makes them a victim and allows them to save face in front of their friends and family. This is, typically not the truth and all it does is fuel the fire that has grown over the last few decades.
Are there some marketers that are dishonest? Of course. To blame an entire industry for someone’s inability to market is ludicrous. The best part about having your own home business, in most cases, it doesn’t cost any more than an iPhone. If all else fails, you’ll have a bunch of product and some pretty great tax deductions.

As I stated above, there are no Network Marketing Scams. In order to stay afloat, companies must comply with rules put out by the Government. Break those rules/laws and you are shut down. All of this must be put in writing and presented/approved at time of enrollment. That being said, if you don’t make it with the company you joined, then that’s all that happened. You didn’t make it. You weren’t scammed, you weren’t duped, you just didn’t make it happen. End of story and anything that you put on it, is just that…something you added to it and a story. It’s all free will.

I know, I was a bit rough but someone had to say it LOL.

It’s nothing personal, this industry is either for you or it’s not. Most people try it and with the right training, motivation and a great reason or “Why” some will make it. Being that you are here right now, I ask you…

Are you one of chosen ones that’s going to make it?

The company I mentioned in the paragraphs above that not only guarantees the best price on their product but will pay you if you find it cheaper…guaranteed. Click Right Here

Hi Steve. Great article. If you don't make it in MLM, its was just that, you didn't make it. No one else to blame. A lot of people don't realise that there is a lot of work that goes into ANY business to make it successful. Time & effort are required in MLM.

    Hey Steve,

The topic that you bring up today on your blog is a topic that gets talked about quite often….and many just are crushed by the outcome when they are on the phone or face to face with someone new….

As you pointed out in your post, most people should understand that this is a business, and while we have the freedom to work on it as we want….what we put into it, is exactly what we get out of it!

It does involve work, and there is a risk….but that is what being a business owner is all about…

We do not get paid by the hour, we get compensated by how many people we help and how much value we bring to the table….

As always, great post ans great message, thank you for sharing…

Heck yea Robert. This is a business, most people take the stance of “If I build it, they will come” LOL
Well, we all know how that works out with your own business…It’s lonely
      I appreciate you man.
