It’s a crazy dynamic when you put them together and the correlations are crazy similar. I am going to go out on a limb here and assume that you have gone to the gym at one point or another in your life. Hopefully you are still doing something, whether at the gym or at home. As you know, there is the first 4-6 weeks of your routine that is awesome. You see results, the pounds are coming off, your shape is changing and you feel great…sore but great 🙂
You go into week 5 or 6 and the excitement may be dwindling, the results are quite as dramatic, the workout is getting mundane and you don’t really know what to do.
How do I know all this? I have been active in the gym, consistently for about 4 years now and it happens constantly, LOL. It’s part of the roller coaster ride we call our bodies, they are relentless when it comes to adapting.
