MLM Recruiting Insider Systems
If you seriously would like to create financial independence for yourself and your family with your home based business, then you should consider spending most of your time in the “Recruiting” arena. Let’s face it, sponsoring and recruiting is where the money is. That’s the truth.
It stands to reason. Even though the product you are promoting is the best thing since sliced bread, if you spend all of your time talking to customers and promoting your product, the most you will have is a commission only sales job, not a business.
Yet if you focus on MLM recruiting techniques that work and train your new team to do the same, you will find yourself in a situation where you earn a nice profit from a large amount of people each doing a little bit. Heck, you may even be able to move some product.
The Numbers Involved in MLM Recruiting.
If you take the time to research any of the big dogs in the social marketing business, you will find that, a lot more than you think are earning seven-figures annually. Something that probably won’t surprise you is, these big dogs have, on average only 6 heavy hitters on their team.
That’s six, not hundreds. Merely a handful if you have six fingers. Chances are, those heavy hitters weren’t recruited by the one at the top.
As with any job or career, lots of people will never rise higher than 1 or 2 rungs on the ladder, if in at all. At least 70% of new recruits who sign up will be gone inside 90 days. Why? There’s a number of reasons that I have given in past articles and videos. Unfortunately that is the name of the game. Of the leftover thirty percent, 27% will generally make an amount every month they are quite comfortable with and only 3% will go on to be top producers.
Those three percent will become the heavy hitter superstars. So if you are thinking about internet marketing ask yourself this, how am I going to find time and figure out the most effective method to recruit and sponsor at least 100 new team members knowing full well that only thirty will stick around.
It’s a matter of numbers like anything in business; the action to take is look forward to recruiting that tiny percentage who will make you the majority of your earnings.
