We hear about people creating fortunes all the time, rarely do we hear from them sharing their philosophies. Today we discuss Jack Ma, the creator Alibaba.com. He started his business by raising $20,000 and turned that into $29.7 Billion Dollars. Below are his 10 Rules for Success that will bring into light what it takes. Are you up for the challenge?

Get Used To Rejection
It’s no surprise that you are going to rejected as you build your legacy. This isn’t just rejection from those turning your business, product or opportunity. Your dreams may also be shot down by those who love you.
And that’s okay. Not everyone is going to see your vision. Keep going until you have reached your dreams.

Keep Your Dream Alive
Constantly revisit your dreams and goals. Remember that feeling. If the feeling starts to dissipate, reestablish it. Sometimes, you need to go bigger. If you quit, it’s gone. Keep at it, maybe it will come true.

Focus On Culture
Technology is great. Relationships and atmosphere created around your product, service or opportunity is what keeps your machine alive.

Ignore The #LittleMan
Those will small thinking are going to bring you down to “Reality”. They are not the ones that are paying your bills. If you have a dream, then go after it. Chances are, if you keep pushing and going, you’re going to outgrow the small thinker and get around those the Celebrate You.

Get Inspired
What lights your fire? It could be from movies, speaking with a mentor, listening to an audio…Whatever it is, visit this place often.

Stay Focused
This is a big one. As your mind expands, you’ll start seeing all sorts of opportunities aka shiny objects. How to avoid this, it’s a good idea to take a step back and ask yourself. “Is this something that’s going to move me closer to my Vision” if yes, go for it. If no, let it pass you by.

Have A Good Name
For most, the name of the company you’re working with, there won’t be an option here. Let’s go another route and talk about Your Name. Leading with integrity and being authentic will be your saving grace every time. This is about YOU!

Customers Are #1
Since you know “The Customer is always right” — In this scenario, we are going to talk about the Network Marketing Industry. This is tough, since we are taught to go where we are best serving. That works most of the time. Where this needs a little assistance is knowing who is coachable and who is not. Help all and continue to help those that are putting out an effort.

Don’t Complain, Look For Opportunities
This one’s pretty simple. Where the complaints are is also where the opportunities are. Listen to those that are complaining and provide a solution with a product, service or opportunity you have OR create one.

Passion
I’m glad he saved this till the end. You have to feel what you’re doing deep inside your core. That nothing’s going to stop you until you reach your end goal. Passion is what gets you up at 5am excited for the day. Passion is what pushes you when you don’t have any left. Passion is Your Heart.

It can be hard at times to not let people get you down. I think no matter how successful you become, we all have self doubts now & then, we just need to move forward, it usually takes less to get you back on top than it does to take you down!
