Increase Success and Avoiding Burnout

Colorado SunriseIncrease Success

It’s the beginning of September, where did the year go already? It’s crazy how fast time goes. As business owners, our goal is to get our time back to live a better life. I was in the Charlotte Airport yesterday and came to a realization about how a lot of us live our lives.

Wake up, get some work done. go to a meeting, come home hit some chores list, have dinner, find something else to do, go to sleep…wake up and repeat.
Next thing you know, it’s the weekend. Then the weekend is over. It’s an incredible cycle that we find ourselves in. Whether we have a job or are cooking towards our dreams and a better life.

In the video below, I reference a passage from Brendon Burchard’s book The Motivation Manifesto

Avoiding Burnout

Slowing down to see what we’ve done, where we’ve come from and what we have can save you’re career. I highly recommend read The Motivation Manifesto It’s an easy read for someone like me and I’ll think you’ll dig it.

    Hey Steve!
Great stuff you have given everyone to think about. Personally, I hate being on the treadmill of life. Doing the same thing over and over and going nowhere.
That’s how I felt when I worked in Corporate America. The rinse and repeat cycle of that lifestyle wasn’t working for me. It dimmed my spirted in a huge way and that was not acceptable.
After I found network marketing online, my whole life changed. No more “office job” where others tell me what to do and determine my schedule.
Life has been so much fuller for me. I see the world through different and more keen eyes these day and have a whole lot more fun doing the things I love to do, like traveling the world!
    Thanks again.
