How Your Network Marketing Sponsor Can Affect You

Does Your Network Marketing Sponsor Make A Difference
Network Marketing Sponsor

I know we’ve been talking but I decided to go with someone else. I quit because I wasn’t getting any help from my sponsor. My sponsor wouldn’t stop calling me. My sponsor promised me the world and then disappeared. Can I tell you, that I’ve heard all of these and more. Choosing a network marketing sponsor can be tricky.

First we need to understand the difference between an enroller and a sponsor.
Enrollers do just that. You sign the dotted line and are left to your own devices. Those with an entrepreneurial background, this is just fine. For most of society, this is a recipe for disaster. Enrollers may also be difficult to get in touch with.
Sponsors will be there to help you through the process. I don’t believe in hand holding, however there is a crucial time that your new teammate will need guidance. You’re setting up your new person in their business and making sure they have the tools necessary for success. Sponsors are also approachable by their team.

Most end up with an enroller. What it comes down to is, relationship. When choosing someone to work with, knowledge in your niche isn’t always the reliable determining factor.

You’re bang on with this one mate. It really is a bit of yes and no, as a sponsor I’ve done the hand holding thing before and it was a big mistake. Good definition between sponsor and enroller.

How true. I get no help from my sponser. It's not that they are unavailable, it's that they don't think I'm worth working with so they won't work with me.
