How To Use Pretty Link – Why Use Pretty Link

How To and Why Use Pretty Link
Pretty Link

How many domains have you purchased over the years? If you’re anything like me, you have dozens. You get creative, coming up with an eye catching phrase, search it and find out that it’s $9,999. The Plug-in we’re discussing today will eliminate all that headache and those surprise “Thank you” emails from Godaddy that you paid another year.

One of the main reasons we purchase a domain is to mask a link…Most of the time, it’s an affiliate link. If possible, we should avoid sending a straight affiliate link for a couple reasons. One, if you are sending on social media, it might put up an alert as an unstable link. Two, there’s too much room for error in typing your affiliate link. Three, most people avoid clicking on affiliate links.

We have a choice, we can either purchase ‘Another’ domain or use Pretty Link, a free plugin for wordpress.

In the Video Below, we discuss How To Use Pretty Link and some neat extras that you may skip right past. Please note that there is a paid version, I personally haven’t used it.
Also, I have no affiliation with Pretty Link what-so-ever. I just like the plugin

Pretty cool right?

Pretty good reasons why we should not incorporate affiliate links in our blog. Thanks for that reminder. I’d admit, that sometimes, because of laziness, I forgot we have that in our MLSP Sites. Thanks for your reminder, Steve.

My man! Cheers for sharing this. I have the pretty link plugin enabled but I overlooked it for too long. This will really help me out instead of using those long, ugly, hard to remember links.
