Handling Objections “Those Things Don’t Work”

Objection Handling – Those Things Don’t Work
Objection handling

It doesn’t matter what you have, someone is going to object to it. I remember back in high school, I purchased a 1987 IROC-Z (Identical the one in the image) and one of my best friends had a Mustang 5.0. We would go back and forth, Ford vs Chevy but we were buds so we never did a real race. However we bashed one another’s auto maker.

To be honest, I really didn’t know much about Ford. I was just a Chevy guy, it’s what I new and all my Chevy friends said Ford was no good.

Eventually, I purchased a Ford Explorer and realized that I was wrong. You see, I had based my opinion on something I didn’t know about. Once I was educated, things were different.
In our industry, we tend to react with emotion when we receive an objection and I get why…our company is our baby.

In the Video Below, I speak on Objection Handling, more specifically to “Those Things Don’t Work”

Using those two simple scripts, you can easily walk right through that objection with posture, while keeping your integrity.

Great tips and advice Steve. When it comes to objections I found the more I could experience and get past them the more I learned and am able to handle pretty much any situation without stopping me in my tracks. Glad to see you sharing this very helpful insight!
