Reflect back to the year 2000, around December.  Life was great, I was 27 years old, a rehab therapist, making a bunch of money and single. I had a blast living on the Naples Bay and was in tremendous shape – Yes, I had abs.

On December 31^st, I went out on the town to bring in the New Year. This is something I had never “Really” done before. You see, I was an introvert. I was the overweight kid in school. Needless to say, by the end of the night, I knew just about everyone at the club. I woke up Jan 1^st 2001 a new person.

Next came my birthday on the 6^th of February. I wanted to be with my family: Mom, Dad, Nan and Brother and that’s exactly what happened. My family were my BEST FRIENDS and we always had fun together. I am and always will be a Momma’s Boy. I was on cloud nine, untouchable and unstoppable.

Well, on February 13^th, my Mom died. My entire life as I knew it, fell apart. I had never felt so empty in my life. The Rock that held my family together was gone and so was my Best Friend.

“Steve” was also gone.

10 years later, I was still struggling, when I had won an audio series from my good friend, Ray Higdon. I didn’t listen to it for months LOL shhh, don’t tell him, LOL.

Anyway, one weekend, I was on the road to a convention for the company I am with and in the scramble to find a good CD, I found Ray’s Vibrational Money Immersion. So, I popped it in. To say how grateful I am for this audio would be an understatement. I didn’t realize how far I had fallen from that guy I knew back in 2000-2001. It was affecting my marriage, my relationship with my son, my business and the people around me. The “Steve” was still there, he was just hiding like a frightened boy, hiding from everything. I was afraid to love, have success and to be happy.  I was afraid that if you start enjoying life and having fun, it all will be taken away from me again. In my mind, it was better to just “BE”

Writing articles is a great way to generate leads and it’s a great way to get value to the masses. We, as Network Marketers spend a lot of time on training calls, webinars, reading scripts, attending live events, etc… Believe it or not, even you are a wealth of information that needs to be spread to other network marketers.

You can be the most amazing writers in the world but, if nobody is reading your blog or articles, you might as well be writing in your diary under your bed.

There are a lot of different ways to get your information out there:

You can send it out to your list and get video ranking that way through popularity by asking your people to ‘Like’ your page, ‘Tweet it’,  Google Plus it etc…

You can spend the time going around and commenting on other people’s articles and creating your own backlinks from there

You can create your own backlinks using tools such a ‘spinners’ ‘backlinkers’ and ‘content creators’

They all take time to do but if you don’t know what to do or how it works, you will waste a lot of time and money.

Okay, here we go. For some reason it took me a while to understand ‘Spinning’. Maybe because I never had anyone explain it to me and I always had a tool to use.

It’s the use of brackets  {} and pipes ||| . Check it out.

When you take that variation of the sentence and put it in a Free Article Spinning tool, it will create several different sentence.

Attraction Marketing – The Secret

I have pondered this for a long time now, the ins and out of prospecting, getting leads and how this whole new internet marketing and social marketing goes. It’s pretty funny, I have always been a marketer, I just didn’t really know. So when I got into multi-level marketing, years ago, it was natural for me to talk to people and help people solve their financial whoa’s. In essence, I had been practicing the arts of Attraction Marketing way before I entered the network marketing arena.

Attraction Marketing meets the internet.

Offline, I am pretty good at showing people what I do and showing them how it can help them in numerous ways. I am a person that can be trusted, plus I have quite a bit of knowledge on how to talk to different types of personalities. When internet marketing came about, it threw a wrench into the works, so I thought.

Attraction Marketing-The Internet Vs Offline…Is there a difference?

Think about that for a minute. Is there a real difference? Let’s start with the most difficult.

Trust: That’s going to be the biggest hurdle you are going to have to jump over. There are so many things going around the internet right now, that Attraction Marketing is the only way to grow your business. AND I mean a sustainable, loyal downline. People may join your business but without loyalty and one heck of an amazing business, they won’t last long. They still need to join YOU. Building trust is essential. It will probably take a little longer to prove to your niche that you are the right one.

As far as everything else goes, there really isn’t a difference. You have to be attractive to others. You know, you have to “Give a crap” about what they are saying, LOL. Being sincere is very important when talking to people. They can smell you poo from a mile away so, if you are being naturally sincere about the conversation and your relationship with them, you are more than likely going to form a more loyal following in the industry.

Attracting Marketing and the Money

Yea, the money. Let’s be real here for a minute, we are in this industry to make money. BUT, thinking about the get rich quick or see dollar signs as faces when talking to is a recipe for disaster. Remember Karate Kid, the original? Mr. Miyagi had Daniel waxing cars and painting fences in the beginning, getting his basics down and in the end he became World Champ. Just like that scenario, you are planting your seeds and your legacy will catch up with you and your wealth will grow and happen when you least expect it. You are looking to build an empire of great people, you must be genuine, care about the people you are talking to. You help people, you put other people’s pains and struggles in a place where you can help and you will be a giant.

Why I Have The Best Network Marketing Company

Being in network marketing for about 10 years now, I feel like I knew what I was talking about for a long time. You know, with time comes wisdom. Apparently, that’s not always the truth, haha. I don’t think you are going to get the answer that you thought by reading this. I feel that what I am about to tell you may be a little more insightful than spouting off about how amazing my product is or how crazy this compensation plan is or even how cool the name of the company is.

The Best Network Marketing Company…

Is the one that I am in now. I don’t name it because, it doesn’t have anything to do with the company. It has everything to do with the individual that is representing the company. We as network marketers have gotten away from the understanding that network marketing is a networking type of business. You are joining a person or a team, not a product or a paycheck. The reason I have the best network marketing company, is because of my team and me. I understand that, in order for me to be successful, my team must have success. I genuinely care about the people around me and want nothing but success for them. Can I help all of them, no. But for the ones that want to listen, they will have success, in one form or another. The people in my company are awesome, helpful  and full of leadership.

The one that I belong to, which ever company that is. There are so many people that you will join that once you become a representative, that you don’t hear from them again. That’s not me and never will be. You success is more important than mine.

How to Recruit MLM Leaders

In network marketing or multi-level marketing, we talk about getting two people, who get two people, etc… In a perfect world that would work every single time. We would all have 8,000 people in our downlines and be sitting pretty. When I am telling people on my team and new recruits that it’s not who YOU know but who the PEOPLE who you know, know. Make sense?

MLM Leaders and Recruiting

In order to attract MLM leaders, you must act like one. I have told people this before and it freaked them out LOL. It’s not hard, in fact, it’s quite easy. Here are a couple of steps that will get you moving in the right direction.

1. Provide value. Arrgh. Don’t freak out, providing value is quite simple. You can get it from all over the place from other’s blogs, video, you can use free training course, etc… Basically read it, listen or watch it and turn it back to your own words.
2. Be positive both online and offline. There is tons of social media to post to and no leader will read or be part of a negative posts. Affirmations, quotes, good things you are going, personal stuff or whatever you feel comfortable with.

Attracting MLM Leaders

When you are attempting to attract a certain type of person, you must act like them or mirror their type or personality. If you want to attract leaders, act like and be one. What you do in network marketing and in life and how you act is wh

at you are going to attract. Being positive and upbeat will bring a certain type of person and being negative will attract negative people. It’s a vibration that you will put off. We can control the people that will want to be around us by the type of vibration we put off.

Go out and be an MLM leader “by choice” and they will come.

That is one cool word, Legacy. We all strive for it but so few fail in the attempt…why? By the end of this short writing of mine, you will see that answer isn’t that far and neither is your Legacy.

Here is the secret of a lot of network marketers today. Build off the success of others. I know right? The gurus are coming out with their own products all the time and good stuff too. All you do is take their products and promote them, using their name. You will have to purchase the products from them and then sell all in the while increasing your knowledge of network marketing. Don’t freak out just yet haha. You want pick a niche that you want to promote, study it so you can sound like you know what you are talking about and go with it. Are their products something that you could promote? Would you purchase them and use them yourself? Attitude of Gratitude | MLM Success

About a year and a half ago, I was going up to an event in Orlando. It was about a 3 hour drive from Naples, where I currently live. I really didn’t want to go and spend the time away from my family and surely didn’t want to drive up there by myself. I didn’t really know anyone that was going to be at the event but I won a ticket so, I went. On the way up, I popped in an audio that I picked up from my buddy Ray. It was about looking inside yourself and seeing what is up with you LOL. Since I had a bunch of time on my hands, I decided to take a listen.

The Attitude of Gratitude

One of the main things that stuck out the most to me was understanding what I am grateful for. I know, it sounds really simple right? Well, check it out. We have a tendency to watch others have success and wonder why they are having success and we aren’t. Why am I working my butt off and everyone else is having success but I am not? It starts as a small thought and grows into a festering crop of garbage in our mind that will take over to the point where you quit and become a statistic. There are so many things that are around us that affect the way we are…news, negative co-workers, nay sayers, media, etc… We forget the great things around us.

The Attitude of Gratitude Changes That

When you are affected by the negative things around you, you don’t want to do anything, let alone network with people. You see, once you start changing the way you think about success, things change. Change from the “I don’t have” to “This is what I DO have”. Understand the things in you are grateful for. How do you get an Attitude of Gratitude

This is what I recommend. Go the old fashioned way and get a pen and paper out and write down 10 things that you are grateful for. Some people have a hard time with this so, take your time. I like to walk outside in the morning and take a huge breathe in and think about how awesome that is. For some, it’s just getting out of bed in the morning, for some it’s about looking over at a significant other and for some it’s not seeing that significant other LOL. That’s the start, making a list. Before you get going in the morning read that list. It literally takes 30 seconds.

Using your Attitude of Gratitude for Coolness

This is an interesting one. We all have those moments where we are overwhelmed with sadness/negativity or we are beaten down by a co-worker, friend or family member. We start getting that “Inner Madness” that we talked about earlier. Here’s what you do…that list that you say every morning is about to come in handy. Start reciting it, in your head or out loud. It’s pretty cool because our mind will only let one emotion in at once.

Does your Alexa Rating or Alexa Ranking Matter?

That’s a pretty interesting question. Let me share with you who crazy things can get for you as a network marketer. We can get obsessed with ranking and moving up in popularity, that we totally forget what this is all about. Almost two years ago, I decided to start writing article. It was fun, heck it still is. I get to take stuff that I have learned over the years and share it with people. Anyway, back on track here. I was writing in my blog just about every day. Then someone showed me Alexa.com. They said that I could follow how well my blog is doing by seeing where I ranked in the world and the country. So, I started to watch my numbers climb, gaining popularity with every  article that I wrote. It was awesome, finally I am doing something and seeing results. But was I? Was I getting the results I was looking for? Nope!

Anyway Alexa Rating or Alexa Ranking is good for one thing.

That thing, is to check your ranking. It doesn’t judge your content, your blog appearance or your LEADS. Yes, there are good things to look out for with Alexa but, that is way further down the road and when you get there, you won’t care what your Alexa Rating is, LOL. Following your raking is cool and a good tool to see how long people are on your site, if they bounce after one view, etc… When you are looking at tools for strategies and then look at your results.

I had an ever increasing Alexa Ranking but I wasn’t getting what I set out to get…and that’s leads. I took a step back and re-evaluated myself. Now I am getting leads on a continual basis and having new people sign-up on autopilot, pretty cool right?

Does your Alexa Rating or Alexa Ranking Matter?

In my humble opinion, not really. You need to look at your results. If you are getting your desired result then awesome, if you aren’t then what does it matter how popular your blog is?
