Encourage Team Growth – Even When They Quit

Team GrowthPromote Team Growth

Getting that email or checking the team stats and coming across someone that has quit is never a good feeling. It’s typically worse when it’s someone that you have history with.

What most will do is take it personally. Especially if the person disappears without saying “Goodbye”. The worst part about that reaction, it’s done without a courtesy call to see if it’s something as simple as an expire credit card. I’m sure that you didn’t do this the first time but some have.

In the Video Below we discuss, not only have to get past this but also to continue with team growth.

Team Growth – Even When They Quit

It’s actually a pretty simple solution as long as you stick to your guns. People will follow your lead. Question is, what are you going to do from here?

It is good to hear this Steven. It has happened to me and at first I used to be upset. Now, I see it as part and parcel of what we do and I don’t take it personally anymore. It not about us its about others and we should just move on.
    Thanks for sharing your experience.

As always, the 'joker' solution to most problems in our business is to show more people. I love how you drove the message. Thanks.

It’s always hard when people quit as you think? Why?? But we have to remember that not everybody is meant to be on the same journey as us and those that are , are the ones that will not.
