Most of us will just about anything to avoid anxiety and with good reason, it’s straight up no fun. There are times, however that uneasy feeling can get in the way of our dreams and goals. Since you’re reading this, I’m sure you’ve had someone tell you to just “Push Through” the fear with no real explanation of how to do it. This is what we’re going to touch upon today.

When it come to calling people we know or calling a referral, the thought seems to stop us in our tracks. If told you to grab your phone and do a “Wheel of Fortune” spin, right now and call the person you land on, your heart will most likely race like Nascar.
That being said, there are people that can pick up the phone at any time and call anybody…How do they do it?

    I love it Steve! I do all three of these exercises! Distracting myself is the biggest… I will purposely look away, look at mindless things and then boom… I hit dial before I have a chance to think about it. Now we’re rolling, in the game and can just continue as you relax and get into the zone. 🙂

    Appreciate this, because these simple little exercises will help so many people. Sometimes if the anxiety of getting on the phone is too bad, I’ll drop and do 20, that generally helps too. 🙂

    Thank you so very very much Steve you are AWESOME and AMAZING. This does help me get over my anxiety of the phone. However I have never realized this on how powerful your subconscious is. I was reading Matt Morris book The Unemployed Millionaire in a section in his book he tals about how powerful our subconscious mind is. Matt says your subconscious mind cant tell if what your are feeling is real or not real if something is true or not true. It all constitutes in how we program ourselves if we say to ourselves or someone close to us tells us we will neber be rich then our subconscious mind goes to work and engraves it in our mind that is true. However we say to ourselves by reprogramming our subconscious mind I am rich and go into the VISION you see yourself looking at your bank acct, seeing you impacting thousands and thousands of lives, seeing yourself traveling to some exotic locale and standing and speaking from the stage when you get your award or achievement or teaching from thst platform seeing your team, mentors, family or complete strangers tears in their eyes because they seen the struggles you went through or that special stranger heres your story and they are going through the same struggles as you went through. Saying positive things and correcting yourself talk you will get what you want and need out of life. Once again thank you Steven you are AWESOME. Hope this makes sense to you and your audience.
