Most of us create content to generate leads and to increase our presence online and brand ourselves as leaders. This is essential, IF YOU WANT to have more time freedom, you’ll read on.

What most overlook and I fell into this trap as well, is to create content with a purpose for an individual. Something that can be used time and time again and passed down throughout your team.

    yes awesome tip!

I find now when people ask questions on certain topics I can also refer back to previous team training /webinars that will address their questions.

Absolutely agree. If one person needs help in an area, there's likely someone else that needs it also. Plus when you teach people where to go for answers, they find other answers along the way and become more independent more quickly.

This is fabulous advice, Steve! And how wonderful that your team members' questions give you content! Whenever someone calls you with a question, you can make a video answering it and direct others to that! (As well as unintentionally help others searching for the answer to the same questions!) I like Valerie's comment that this helps your members become more independent, too! :O)

Wow! Great idea Steve. I love that; I'm currently doing a 90 day video challenge, so will definitely incorporate that into some videos! Right, off to make a list of questions I'm asked regularly…..Thanks again.
