Steven Krivda has the attributes of a natural leader. He shows utter compassion for his fellow peers and no job is too big or too small for him to take on. He leads through example, not expecting his colleagues to “just do” what he tells them to do. Instead, he treats everyone as an equal and leads by performing the tasks himself and guides those who need assistance with understanding and patience. Even with the frustrations of day to day activities, Steve makes sure he takes the time to deliberately help where support is needed. He doesn’t take on task because it’s expected of him, but because Steve has the natural drive to perform to the best of his abilities. Always keeping others in mind, he is the support system that continues to make the efforts to bring the best out of those around him. Steve is a great leader!
