Article Marketing Strategy
You should have a niche by now so, coming up with a topic isn’t quite a difficult as you might think. If you don’t have niche yet, ask yourself this question. What sort of questions would I ask the leaders in my industry? Then move forward from there. I promise you’ll have a never ending source of content. Once you have something you want to write about, it’s time to pick your keyword.
You can go here for a free keyword tool provided by Google. It takes a little getting used to but, you’ll get the hang of it. Start with Search for new keyword. It’ never a bad idea to go for some “Low Hanging Fruit”. Meaning, go for something that might be a little more easy to rank for. Something with 200-500 searches. Chances are that you will be at the top of the search engine for that keyword and get a high percentage of the searches looking at your content.
Writing the Article
Some people, like myself, don’t really like writing articles. Heck, I really don’t like writing much at all LOL. But, when I do, I find something that I am passionate about. Hopefully you have chose a niche that you have at least some interest in. So, if you aren’t very good at writing or just starting out, I would recommend subscribing to some larger network marketers and follow them for a week or so. Get the gist of what and how they are writing and create your own style from there.
Hurry up and Read This!
Most people are going to skim through your article, looking for some specific information. It’s a good idea to keep it interesting and put a personal spin on it. Just in case, for the speed reader, add some cool keywords that will stick out in their mind and make the come back and read again or even just slow down for a moment. Phrases like “This is crucial for success” or “Without this little nugget, you’ll…”
Be certain to place your keyword in the first paragraph, the body and closing paragraph, as a part of your article marketing article. Give a brief description in the beginning and really kick it up a notch in the body of the article. Your readers are looking to get the most bang for so give it to them. Get as much information in that article as possible. Keep it light hearted and beneficial. This way, your reader will continue coming back.
Getting Your Content Out There.
Now that you are all finished writing your article, you need people to see it. Post it on Facebook, Twitter, Email it to your list, your friends, just about everyone that will take the time to look at it. If you have a budget to work with, I would recommend working with an Article Submitter program. You can see what I use by Clicking Here.
Awesome, now you know enough to be dangerous to your niche. Go out there and start creating some content and making a difference for someone…
