Active marketing is an effective strategy, whether you’re building a brick and mortar business, home business or even an affiliate business. Being in the realm of active prospecting causes anxiety for most people. So, how can some just pick up the phone when others run into resistance? I don’t know how you’ll take this, it’s almost always in our heads. In all reality, no harm ever comes from offering someone a chance to see what you see. How can we get past all that?

First Book I’d like to recommend is Awaken The Giant Within By Tony Robbins
I’m sure you’ve heard of getting into a ‘Peak State’. Tony Robbins dives deep into why we make the decisions we make and of course how to over come the resistance. My buddy Curtis told me that this is the book that changed his life. Curtis ended up coaching with and for Tony. It’s also available on Audible, which works perfectly for someone like me, who’s always on the run.
Second Book I’d like to recommend is Everyone Communicates, Few Connect by John C Maxwell.
Feel like you’re pretty good at carrying on a conversation? I do too, at least I did, until I dove into this piece of material. Not only will you learn how to be a better communicator and grew your business, you will also learn how to be a better, husband, father, wife, mother, etc… I recommend this book to anyone looking to grow in all aspects of life. Also available on Audible.
Third Book, that I am just now getting into is Pitch Anything by Oran Klaff. This book came highly recommended by Ray Higdon, who is a good buddy of mine and someone I look up to. I’m only 25 minutes into this book and I can say, that I am understanding how to get my message across at a higher level. We think we know how to get our presentations across and until you get your head wrapped around what Oran is talking about. You guessed it, also on Audible.
